Jury sent home in Tipperary hotel rape trial
04/02/2010 - 18:28:51A jury has begun their deliberations in the trial of a man accused of raping a woman as her boyfriend slept beside her in a Tipperary hotel room.
The 27-year-old accused has pleaded not guilty to raping the woman at the Tipperary hotel on July 7, 2008.
The trial jury were sent home for the night after deliberating for just over one hour.
It was day nine of the trial at the Central Criminal Court before Mr Justice John Edwards a jury of seven men and five women.
