A spokesperson for Irish Water has confirmed that they do not have a bonus scheme, however they will have a performance related awards scheme for employees.
Staff will be subject to a review in mid-2015 and depending on their performance, they may or may not be entitled to this award.
It is believed the performance related awards will range from a 9% increase in salary, for those in senior management positions, to a 1.5% rise for those in lower paid administrative and technical roles.
