A Leitrim teenager has been killed after being hit by a car in New York.

A Leitrim teenager has been killed after being hit by a car in New York.

15-year-old Kalie Gill from Fenagh had moved to the US with her family at the start of the summer.

She was struck by a runaway car in the town of Woodlawn.

Her 12-year-old sister was also hit by the car - and suffered serious injuries.
