Irish man dies after fall in Italy
An Irish man has died following an incident in Italy.
It is being reported that the young man from Dublin fell from a balcony in Naples.
This incident happened over the weekend when the 24-year-old - believed to be from Sandycove -fell from a balcony at an apartment in Naples.
The young man had been living in the city and working as an English teacher.
It is understood that he initially survived the fall but later died of his injuries.
The Department of Foreign Affairs says it is providing consular assistance to the young man's family through its embassy in Rome.
