An international manhunt is continuing following the gunning down of David Byrne in a Dublin hotel on Friday.

An international manhunt is continuing following the gunning down of David Byrne in a Dublin hotel on Friday.

The 32-year-old was killed while attending a boxing weigh in at the Regency in Drumcondra, while two others were injured.

Gardaí say armed patrols will continue around the capital amid fears that retaliation attacks may take place.

At least six people are believed to have been involved in the shooting which investigating officers say has links to organised crime.
