Increasing confidence leads to 300 new jobs at outsourced-sales company CPM

An outsourcing field sales and marketing company is to take on 300 new staff across Ireland.

CPM, which has contracts with some of Ireland’s leading firms in the telecoms, security, charity and consumer sectors, is seeking to fill 150 full- and 150 part-time positions.

Managing director Alan Peyton said the company’s clients were reporting increased demand as consumer confidence begins to return to the economy.

“We have 300 open roles right across the country that we want to fill as soon as possible and are looking for a variety of skills and experience from applicants,” he said.

“These are great opportunities for enthusiastic and hard-working people and I would encourage anyone interested in a career in this area to come talk to us.”

CPM says it specialises in helping clients to deliver sales through a range of services including face-to-face residential and business customer acquisition, retail sales, merchandising teams, in-store promoters, demonstrators and sales process support.

Some of the positions available include regional and field sales managers, human resources staff, and in-store demonstrators.

Diarmuid McCarrhy of RecruitIreland.com said: "For many organisations, outsourcing is now part of their standard operating model and with the increasing confidence in the Irish ecomony, companies are looking to capatilise by increasing their competitiveness and customer service reach.

"At RecruitIreland.com we have seen a large increase in these outsourced roles in the last 12 months and this jobs announcement from CPM Ireland shows us that companies are looking to grow again."
