Illegal cigarettes seized in Monaghan
Customs officers have seized over 320,000 cigarettes in Monaghan.
They were discovered as part of Revenue's ongoing operations targeting the supply and sale of illegal cigarettes.
They have a potential retail value of €140,000 and represent a potential loss to the Exchequer of €121,000.
Customs oficials said one person is being questioned in connection with the find.
