Gardaí are investigating the discovery of a human leg at a recycling centre in Dublin.

The leg was discovered among waste material at the plant in Ballyfermot at about 11.30pm last night.

The scene on the Killeen Rd in Ballyfermot has been sealed off.

Gardaí are at the scene and an investigation has been launched.
