HSE promotes feedback service

The HSE is launching a promotional campaign today aimed at encouraging the public to relay their experiences of the HSE.

The HSE is launching a promotional campaign today aimed at encouraging the public to relay their experiences of the HSE.

Entitled 'Your Service, Your Say', the HSE feedback service was launched in January 2007. The promotional week from today until Friday is aimed at all health service users and their families. Everyone has a right under the Health Act to comment or complain about treatment received.

Comment boxes will be visible in hospitals, local health offices and nursing homes around the country.

Front-of-house staff will also be available to speak to people about their experiences.

Those wishing to leave a comment can also 1850 24 1850, or email, yoursay@hse.ie.
