A group fighting to save the no. 19 Dublin bus route will hold a protest today.

The Save the 19 Bus campaign has stepped up their campaign after a series of public meetings.

They are fighting a plan to axe the no. 19 Dublin Bus route, and say the cut would unfairly hit old people, the disabled and children.

The group's to meet at 11am outside Dublin Bus head offices on O'Connell St, where they will hand over a petition signed by 7,000 people.
