Workers at waste disposal company, Greyhound Recycling and Recovery, have voted overwhelmingly in favour of accepting an invitation to attend talks at the Labour Relations Commission.
The negotiations are aimed at resolving a row over pay between workers and management.
A substantial majority of the workers voted in favour of the discussions, while management have already accepted an invitation to talks.
78 workers at the company began their dispute on June 17 after management introduced pay cuts of more than 30%.
