The Garda Representative Association has confirmed it won't be returning to talks on the Lansdowne Road Agreement.

The GRA says a pay review was promised under the previous national deal - the Haddington Road Agreement.

But it was never carried out.

The association says another key issue is a government demand that Gardaí work extra hours without payment.
