Government will get health budget warning from Troika

The coalition is to get another warning about bringing health spending under control.
The Troika will today deliver the latest assessment of the bailout and will say we have met all targets.
For over a week now they have been conducting the eighth quarterly review of our bailout programme.
And like every one before it Ireland is expected to pass, having achieved all the targets set out in the programme.
There will no doubt be a warning about the massive over-runs in health spending, however, something the Troika has been seriously concerned about for months.
The European Commission, IMF and Central Bank will also have been looking ahead to December's budget and cuts such as in social welfare.
