Double murder inquiry as bodies found in Belfast flat

The deaths of a man and a woman in a house in Belfast are being treated as a double murder, the Police Service of Northern Ireland said.

The PSNI received a call from a member of the public that there had been a break in at Ravenhill Court in the south east of the city.

When officers arrived, they discovered the bodies in the living room of an upstairs flat.

The man and woman were pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of death has not yet been revealed.
