Gay choirs to hold joint fundraising concert

Two of Ireland's best-known gay choirs will give a joint concert tonight in a bid to stave off a funding crisis facing the national civil marriage equality campaign.
Dublin's lesbian and gay choir 'Gloria' will perform with Cork's new LGBT choir 'Choral ConFusion' at the event in St Finbarr's Cathedral in Cork.
Marriage Equality, which aims to secure civil marriage rights for same-sex couples, has been mainly funded by America philanthropist Chuck Feeney.
However, Feeney's operation is winding down, threatening the campaign's funding.
