Gardaí urge Limerick parents to be vigilant

Parents in Limerick are being warned to be vigilant after a suspicious approach was made to a young girl in the city earlier this week.

The 14-year-old was on her way home from school on Tuesday, when a man driving a white van approached her near Annacotty.

It is the third time in recent months that a white van driver has been linked to suspicious approaches towards children in the area.

Gardaí are urging parents to discuss these matters with their kids, and they are appealing for any similar incidents to be reported.
