Gardaí surround man hiding under Cork bridge
Gardaí have surrounded a man who is reportedly hiding under Parnell Bridge in Cork.
It was reported someone was seen entering the water near the bridge at around 7.20am today and a full-scale search was mounted.
Coastguard and lifeboat units from Crosshaven were involved, along with a coastguard helicopter based in Waterford.
