Gardaí search for missing Waterford man
A 50-year-old man has been reported missing from the Waterford area.
John Gear was last seen early last Monday morning in the Knockboy area in Waterford, and was reported missing later that evening.
John is described as being 5' 5" in height, of medium/stocky build with grey, well-kept hair.
He was last seen wearing a navy-coloured 'Waterford County Council' bomber jacket and blue denim jeans.
John drove a 08 WD registered Silver Toyota Auris Hatchback.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have observed this vehicle being driven in the Waterford City, Tramore, Dunmore East areas on Monday or Tuesday to contact them.
