Gardaí in Cork have renewed their appeal for information about a man who disappeared on New Year's Day.

Gardaí in Cork have renewed their appeal for information about a man who disappeared on New Year's Day.

31-year-old Colin Ronayne was last seen in the city centre near Thomas Davis Bridge, locally known as Wellington Bridge.

Colin has a medium build, with short dark hair and was last seen wearing a black V-neck jumper, black tracksuit bottoms and grey pointed dress shoes.

Detectives are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have used or crossed over Wellington Bridge between 5.30am and 6.30am on January 1.
