Gardaí in Dublin are renewing their appeal for the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 14-year-old boy.

Gardaí in Dublin are renewing their appeal for the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 14-year-old boy.

Daniel Murphy from Palmerstown was last seen in the Phibsboro area on December 7.

He is described as being 5 foot 10 inches in height, of medium build with brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen he was wearing a grey tracksuit, a white polo t-shirt, a black coat and blue and orange stripped runners.

Daniel is known to frequent the city centre and Finglas area.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
