Gardaí will continue to interview witnesses today to a fatal shooting in a Dublin pub, in which a man was killed.
The victim, who was in his 20s, was known to Gardaí and was gunned down in the Cabra House pub on Fassaugh Avenue yesterday evening.
Shortly after 7pm yesterday evening, a masked gunman entered the pub and opened fire on the man, shooting him a number of times.
The victim was known to Gardaí and it is understood he had previous convictions for drugs and assault offences.
The gunman fled the scene on a motorbike, along with another man, in the direction of Dublin city centre.
The scene remains sealed off this morning and a post mortem examination will be carried out later today.
Gardaí are interviewing witnesses to the attack and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
