Gardaí detain pair over Clara murder
Two men remain in Garda custody in Co Offaly this evening in connection with the death of Christy Daly in Clara last year.
The 47-year-old father of six from Bog Lane was found shot dead on December 29.
Three people have been charged in connection with his murder. The latest, a 23-year-old man, appeared in before Tullamore District court earlier today.
Two men, aged 24 and 25, were arrested in Dublin this morning. They are being questioned at Tullamore Garda Station.
