The development will comprise of a mix of three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, designed by award-winning architects McCauley Daye O’Connell.

Lead architect Therese Pender of McCauley Daye O’Connell said: "Given their reputation for quality, we’re thrilled to work with Burkeway Homes on this residential development.

"We have purposely designed these homes with families in mind so we’ve given huge thought to the functionality of the spaces and the sustainable quality of the materials used throughout.

"The need for quality family homes in Galway is critical, and the Ballymoneen development will deliver with a profusion of quality and design."

The project is funded directly by the National Asset Management Agency.
