Former TD Ned O'Keeffe released without charge
Ned O'Keeffe has this evening been released from garda custody without charge, after being questioned over fraud allegations relating to mobile phone bills.
Gardai arrested the former Fianna Fail TD for Cork East at his home this morning, after a formal complaint was lodged by a Sunday newspaper.
He has now been released without charge, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
