The Food Safety Authority of Ireland served five enforcement orders on food businesses in May for breaches in food safety legislation.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland served five enforcement orders on food businesses in May for breaches in food safety legislation.

Three closure orders were served on Edward Harrigans on the Main Street in Newbridge, Co Kildare, Dragon Boat Chinese and Thai Restaurant in Cahir in Tipperary and Mizzonis on the Main Street in Bray in Co Wicklow.

Prohibition Orders were also served on two Dublin takeaways - Lin Kee Limited in Artane and Johnson Best Food in Summerhill.
