A Fine Gael Minister has ruled out any coalition with Sinn Féin or Fianna Fáil.
Paudie Coffey said that they categorically will not enter into Government with either party after the next General Election.
A Fine Gael - Fianna Fáil coalition is the bookies' favourite to be in Government.
Minister of State Paudie Coffey said that they want to stay in Government with Labour.
"We have ruled out Sinn Féin, categorically." he said.
"I believe myself that their moral compass is questionable given the contempt that they've shown recently for the court system in the 'Slab' Murphy case .. and also their economic incompetence.
"We've also ruled out going into Government with Fianna Fáil.
"The current outgoing Government, we feel, is the best option to continue the recovery."
