Fifth man appears in court in connection with Michaela killing

A fifth man, arrested in connection with the killing of Michaela McAreavey in Mauritius, has appeared in court charged with conspiracy.

A fifth man, arrested in connection with the killing of Michaela McAreavey in Mauritius, has appeared in court charged with conspiracy.

Seenarain Mungoo (aged 39) is a security officer at the Legends Hotel where the 27-year-old, daughter of Tyrone Gaelic football manager Mickey Harte, was killed on January 10.

He was remanded in custody to appear in court again on Wednesday.
