Fianna Fáil remains the most popular party in the country, according to a new poll by Behaviour and Attitudes Poll for tomorrow's Sunday Times.
Micheál Martin's party is on 30% - up two percentage points, while Fine Gael is on 26% - an increase of three points.
The poll was taken between October 1-12, in the run-up to and immediately after the announcement of the Budget this week.
Many of the other Opposition parties have fallen in popularity since the last poll.
Sinn Féin is down one point to 17%, Labour has fallen from 7% to 5%, while Independents and Others are down one point to 23%.
