Fatal motorcycle crash on Dublin's North Wall Quay

A motorcyclist is in a critical condition following a crash on North Wall Quay in Dublin this morning.

A motorcyclist has been killed following a crash on North Wall Quay in Dublin this morning.

The man, who was in his 40s, died when his bike crashed into a truck at the junction with Castleforbes Road at around 7.30am.

Gardaí are at the scene and the road is closed from the 3Arena - traffic is being diverted.

Gardaí said they are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
