Family feels Govt has 'neglected' teenager Halawa due for trial in Egypt
The family of a Dublin teenager imprisoned in Egypt say they feel "neglected" by the Irish Government.
Nineteen-year-old Ibrahim Halawa has been in jail since August 2013, after being arrested during political unrest in Cairo.
He is due to stand in a mass trial on Sunday, having had several previous dates postponed.
Ibrahim's sister, Fatima, says her family believes the Irish Government could be doing more to secure his release.
She said: "What's really upsetting is the fact that we feel, as a family, neglected and there is so much that could be done.
"The fact that the Americans, Canadians and Australians - there are certain steps that they have taken that our government has not managed to take."
