Country set for heavy snowfall today

The worst of the cold snap is continuing to sweep across much of the country today.
Temperatures once again plummeted last night with at least five centimetres of snow falling along the east coast.
Forecasters expect 10 centimetres of snow to fall across Leinster today.
Road conditions are once again dangerous in many counties this morning with Dublin, Meath, Wicklow, Wexford, Offaly, Kildare and Laois the worst affected.
However, travel services have not yet significantly fallen foul of the weather.
Dublin Airport remains open this morning, yesterday it had to close for a time to clear snow from the runway.
Bus Éireann is operating a full service although and there is some delays and disruption in the North East.
Dublin Bus is operating a full service.
