Expert tells court 'it is clear to him' Nicola Furlong was killed

A forensic expert has told the Nicola Furlong trial it is clear to him that she was killed.

Kenichi Yoshida said Nicola's consumption of alcohol is irrelevant as there are very clear findings of strong pressure being put on her neck.

Nineteen year old Richard Hinds who is accused of her murder has already admitted lightly pressing on her neck but says it was not enough to kill her.

His lawyers argue she had been drinking heavily on the night she died and pointed to the presence of two drugs in her bloodstream Xanax and Lidocane.
