An oral hearing into the proposed incinerator at Poolbeg in Dublin is to take place in the coming months, it emerged this evening.

An oral hearing into the proposed incinerator at Poolbeg in Dublin is to take place in the coming months, it emerged this evening.

It is being held by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), who must make a decision to grant a licence for the incinerator if the facility is to go ahead.

The meeting will give locals who are opposed to the plant an opportunity to voice their opinions on the planned project.
