Eircom says it has restored phone and online services to more than 2,000 customers since Christmas Eve.

Eircom says it has restored phone and online services to more than 2,000 customers since Christmas Eve.

The company says it will have 700 crews working tomorrow to repair widespread network damage.

The telecoms company says the worst affected areas include West Cork, Mayo, Galway, Kilkenny, Carlow and Wexford.
