An injunction is expected to be lodged with the courts this afternoon, in a bid to prevent Dublin solicitor Brian O'Donnell's home being repossessed by the banks.
Receivers were expected to arrive early this afternoon and its understood access to the house at Vico Road in Killiney has been blocked by members of the Land League.

The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal against repossession of the property.
There was an order for Mr O'Donnell's family to vacate the house by noon.
