A Dublin food supplier has been fined €200,000 after a man died in an accident at the company's premises.

Robert Ceremuga - a warehouse supervisor at V F Cold Stores - died when a loaded racking fell on him on November 28, 2013 in Finglas.

The company pleaded guilty to two charges under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.

They were fined €200,000 by Judge Greally at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
