Dublin deaths raise worries of carbon monoxide danger

The deaths of a man and a woman in a senior citizens' complex in Dublin yesterday has raised concerns about the dangers of carbon monoxide.

John Glennon, who was in his 60s and Debbie McEvoy, in her 50s, were found dead in the Drumalee Court flats in Stoneybatter.

A post mortem will be conducted on their bodies later today, but it is suspected they may have died from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Bord Gáis officials examined the property yesterday and ruled out a gas leak.
