A man in his 20s has died following a crash between a car and a tourist bus in Co Wicklow yesterday.

A man in his 20s has died following a crash between a car and a tourist bus in Co Wicklow yesterday.

The accident happened at around 1.30pm at Devil's Glen, near Ashford.

The victim, who was the driver of the car, was airlifted toTallaght Hospital but was pronounced dead this evening.

A woman, who was his only passenger, was taken by ambulance to hospital in Loughlinstown.

The 40 tourists on the bus are from the United States and had been on their way to visit Glendalough.
