Dept to close 95 Garda stations by end of January
It has emerged today that out of the 100 Garda Stations due to close, 95 will be shut by the end of this month.
The remaining five stations will close in the following weeks.
It has been argued that the move will not make any significant savings for the Department of Justice, but instead will have a negative impact on communities.
