Date set for Graham Dwyer murder trial
The man accused of the murder of child care worker Elaine O'Hara in Dublin is to stand trial next year.
Graham Dwyer is accused of killing the 37-year-old in August 2012.
The remains of child care worker Elaine O'Hara were found in the Dublin mountain in September last year having been missing for over a year.
41-year-old Graham Dwyer, originally from Cork but with an address at Kerrymount Close in Foxrock, is accused of killing her on August 22, 2012.
The married father of two was arrested at his home last October.
He has been in custody ever since having been denied bail at the High Court in November and also losing a Supreme Court challenge to that decision before Christmas.
The book of evidence in the case runs to eight volumes.
The architect will go on trial for the murder on April 13, 2015 with the case expected to last six weeks.
