The Dáil has been suspended for a total of 45 minutes because a Sinn Féin TD is refusing to leave after being suspended.
Pádraig MacLochlainn had tried to raise remarks by the Taoiseach to Gerry Adams yesterday, during leader's questions.
Enda Kenny had suggested that the Sinn Féin leader might tell the truth about the tragedy, and the remorse and about the compassion that should have been shown for Jean McConville.
The Ceann Comhairle ruled that Mr MacLochlainn should leave, and he refused to do so.
A vote was then taken to suspend him and he refused to leave, after a 15 minute suspension he remained in the Dáil chamber and it had to be suspended for a further 30 minutes and is due back around midday.
