Taoisaeach Brian Cowen has come in for heavy criticism at a meeting tonight of the Irish Creamery and Milk Suppliers Association in Limerick.

Mr Cowen came under pressure from an ICMSA member from his own constituency in Offaly at Government Ministers' use of State cars.

The Taoiseach's infamous radio interview at a recent Fianna Fáil 'think-in' at a Galway hotel also came in for criticism.

Despite others trying to silence him, delegate Eamon McManus showed his anger at the Government with support from the floor of the meeting.

"Ye're paying ye'reselves too much," he said. "[Do] you think that's right and fair, do you?"
