Count ends for the night in Midlands North West constituency
Counting for the Midlands North West constituency in the European elections has finished in Castlebar.
It will resume tomorrow morning at 9am, and adjudication of invalid ballots will start at 10am
A full recount will be held in Arklow in Co Wicklow to fill the last two seats in the local election there.
There are currently three candidates in contention, Independent Miriam Murphy, Sinn Féin's Mary McDonald and Independent and right-to-die campaigner Tom Curran.
There are only 10 votes separating Mr Curran and the Sinn Féin candidate so a full recount was ordered.
It will resume tomorrow morning.
