Concern Worldwide has appointed Dominic MacSorley as their new CEO.

The Belfast-born humanitarian succeeds outgoing CEO Tom Arnold who recently announced his decision to step down after 11 years in office to take up his new role as Chair of the Constitutional Convention.

Mr MacSorley has worked with Concern since 1982 as Director of Operations for the organisation's American arm, Concern Worldwide USA.
