Commercial Court told Quinn action could last nine months


The Commercial Court has been told a legal action by the Quinn family against IBRC could last up to nine months.

Sean Quinn's wife Patricia and their five adult children are challenging Anglo debts of €2.3bn, claiming the loans are tainted with illegality.

Mr Justice Peter Kelly has set April 9 next as a hearing date.
