College Green in Dublin has now reopened to traffic after being closed for a number of hours.

A man, who was seen on the ledge of a five-storey building, has now been brought to safety.

Gardaí have added an arrest has been made.

AA Roadwatch have confirmed full access has now been restored to College Green and Dame Street with no reports of any major delays in the area.
