The Citizens Assembly is meeting again this weekend to discuss Ireland's abortion laws.
It is the fourth time the group of 99 citizens have met to consider the issue of the 8th Amendment to the Constitution.
Today members of the Assembly will hear from women who have been directly affected by the 8th Amendment, including those who had a crisis pregnancy and those who received a diagnosis of fatal foetal abnormality.
Their personal stories, and the impact it has had on them and their families, will be presented anonymously.
Chair of the Assembly, Ms Justice Mary Laffoy has asked both sides of the debate to listen to their stories and show respect to them and their experiences.
Tomorrow it will hear from 17 advocacy and representative groups on the topic.
The assembly is due to make a recommendation to the Oireachtas in the coming months on whether or not a referendum should be called on changing Ireland's abortion laws.
