Central Bank warns of unauthorised firms
The Central Bank has issued a warning about six unauthorised investment firms operating in Ireland.
Bond Asset Management, Profidex Limited, Sun-Wealth Corporate Finance, Zheng Bridge Capital, CT Lambson & Associates and LLC are not authorised as investment firms in Ireland.
It is a criminal offence for an investment firm to operate in Ireland unless it has authorisation from the Central Bank, and consumers who deal with those firms are not eligible for compensation from the Investor Compensation Scheme.
