Gardaí are investigating after a minibus with children on board crashed into a car in Co Tipperary.

Gardaí are investigating after a minibus with children on board crashed into a car in Co Tipperary.

The crash happened at around 5.30pm yesterday at Whitelands, New Inn.

Emergency services including two units of the fire brigade attended the scene.

Several people including children were taken to South Tipperary General Hospital. It is understood there were no life-threatening injuries.
