The Tánaiste has said she was upset by what she called sexist and homophobic taunts from protestors in Dublin last weekend.

One of the organisers Dublin South-West TD Paul Murphy said those who threw eggs and water balloons were not part of the demonstration.
The Tánaiste said some of the language used by those who surrounded her car was sexist and homophobic.
"I was concerned that if the doors were opened, what would happen next," she said. "People were drumming on the roof and were very animated. It was very tough on the guards.
"What I was really upset about was the language used and the taunts against gardaí. (The language was) heavily loaded with sexiual imagery against women and gay people."
